Wing Yip Food Regains Nasdaq Compliance After Stock Price Recovery
Wing Yip Food Holdings, a Chinese meat processor, notified by Nasdaq that its stock has recovered above the $1.00 minimum bid price threshold.
Wing Yip Food Holdings Group Limited (Nasdaq: WYHG) has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which mandates a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share for listed securities. The company received formal notification from Nasdaq on June 16, 2026, confirming the return to compliance. The mainland China–based meat product processor had fallen out of compliance in December 2025, when its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) closed below the $1.00 threshold for 30 consecutive business days. The recovery marks a turnaround for the Guangdong-based operation, which supplies processed meat products to foodservice and retail channels. Nasdaq compliance reinstatement removes the risk of delisting and restores the company's standing on the exchange.
