Ingredient specialist to exhibit three proprietary technologies in Barcelona RAPS will present its ingredient solutions at Alimentaria FoodTech 2026 in Barcelona from October 6–8, occupying booth B250 in Hall 2. The exhibition will feature live tastings and direct access to RAPS experts with knowledge of the Iberian market.
Portfolio and technology focus The company's display will showcase seasoning blends, marinades, savoury preparations, fillings, and functional compounds formulated from high-quality raw materials. Three proprietary technologies underpin the portfolio: RAPS Freshline Technology for all-in-one systems using chilled and frozen raw materials; CO2 Extraction for solvent-free, standardized extracts with consistent flavor intensity; and Microencapsulation for controlled release, improved stability, and reliable functional performance. Tasting samples will span meat, plant-based and hybrid products, dairy and spreads, bakery, sauces and dips, and confectionery. Featured products include hybrid meat balls with added protein, jalapeño and cheese-filled pastry balls, and a Korean BBQ-style hummus dip.
