Trend-Focused Display at Frankfurt Ingredient Summit GNT will showcase its EXBERRY® plant-based colors at Fi Europe 2026 (November 17–19, Frankfurt), highlighting how the ingredient line can help manufacturers tap into emerging food and beverage trends. Based at Hall 3.0, Stand F50, the company will present product concepts made from non-GMO fruits, vegetables, and plants. Examples include purple EXBERRY® applications tied to the ube trend, as well as colorful bubble teas available for sampling throughout the event.
Food Service Menu Showcase GNT will also present a food service menu demonstrating EXBERRY® colors in burgers, soft drinks, milkshakes, baked goods, and snacks. The display aims to show food service suppliers and operators how natural color can create visually distinctive menu items suited for in-store and social media use. Sabrina Moers, Marketing Communication Coordinator at GNT Group, said: "Color is one of the most important tools for helping food and drink create attention-grabbing and memorable consumer experiences. At Fi Europe, we're looking forward to showing manufacturers first-hand how they can develop exciting new products using our plant-based EXBERRY® colors."
Available Across Product Categories EXBERRY® colors are available in a full spectrum of shades and suitable for confectionery, dairy, bakery, soft and alcoholic beverages, cereals, snacks, sauces, savory products, and plant-based meat, seafood, and dairy alternatives. GNT experts will be on hand throughout the event to discuss industry trends and application requirements. Moers added: "In today's market, manufacturers need color partners that understand emerging market trends as well as the science of delivering vibrant, stable natural shades. We have almost 50 years' experience working with plant-based colors and know how to deliver on-trend solutions that resonate with modern consumers."
Why It Matters
As consumer demand for clean-label, plant-based ingredients continues to grow, ingredient suppliers are increasingly emphasizing trend alignment and visual impact as competitive differentiators. GNT's focus on ube and bubble tea—categories reflecting current flavor and beverage trends—signals how color ingredient providers are positioning themselves as strategic partners in product development rather than commodity suppliers.
