Most plant-based meat products require refrigerated or frozen distribution—a costly constraint that limits shelf life and geographic reach. Creative Pea has inverted the model by shipping shelf-stable, high-protein dry mixes instead. Consumers add water and a small amount of oil to create burgers, nuggets, kebabs, and fish-style products in minutes. The approach cuts shipping volume and warehouse footprint while eliminating cold-chain logistics entirely.

Current Distribution Creative Pea products are stocked in more than 1,500 retail stores across Israel, on Amazon USA, and Walmart Marketplace. The company is also an approved supplier to Burger King Israel and is actively pursuing partnerships with retailers and distributors in North America and other international markets.

Why It Matters

For operators and retailers, the dry-mix model offers margin advantages: lower logistics costs, reduced spoilage, and simplified inventory management. As plant-based categories mature, supply-chain efficiency—not just product innovation—is becoming a competitive lever. Creative Pea's approach may signal a shift toward reconstitutable formats in foodservice and retail channels seeking to rationalize SKU complexity and transportation spend.
